About HA02 Battery Equalizer
The HA02 48V Battery Equalizer is a kind of Active Battery Balancer, and ZHCSolar designs the 48V Balancer to help equalize the voltage and power of the battery bank.
The 48V Battery Equalizer supports up to 4 × 12V batteries connection by default. No matter whether the bank is connected in series or parallel.
Multiple 48V Battery Equalizers can be installed parallel to equalize 60V, 72V, and 96V battery banks.
48V Battery Equalizer is suitable for equalizing lead-acid batteries (VRLA), lithium iron phosphate batteries (LFP), nickel-cadmium secondary batteries (Ni/CD) and nickel metal hydride secondary batteries (Ni/MH), and lithium-ion batteries.
It starts working when the voltage difference is higher than 2.4V, which means this equalizer can be used in a single-cell battery ranging from 2.4V to 12V.
One equalizer can connect four batteries at a time. The extra cable can be emptied if the battery is less than 4 (positive and negative terminals should be avoided). It won’t affect the equalization effects.
Whether in series or parallel, the equalizer performance is unaffected by the battery connection method.
48V Battery Balancer Features:
Intelligent Battery Voltage Equalization System – Keep batteries in a healthy state to extend battery life
Intelligent protection: Reverse polarity protection, low voltage disconnect features to protect the units during any state of charge soc
1 set of 4 battery connectors as standard (max 12V + 12V + 12V + 12V)
Battery Equalizer is recommended for use in cars, boats, golf carts, motorcycles, solar, trucks, RV, electric forklift batteries, solar systems, and other battery group configurations. It can also work when there is a battery charger connected to the battery.
