The 192V battery equalizer is an active balancer designed to equalize high-capacity battery packs, connecting up to 16 batteries and equalizing their voltages during operating and idle times, thus improving battery performance and service life.
A battery equalizer is a device used to equalize the voltage of a battery pack. An effective configuration of the equalizer can make the battery pack work more consistently and last longer.
Features of Battery Balancer 192V
HA192 battery Balancer can compensate both parties when the battery is connected in series as the voltage difference exceeds ten mV, then the battery equalization starts to work, finally achieving the balance of the battery set. It can be connected for long periods to automatically battery state of equilibrium.
HA192 battery equalizer is suitable for lead-acid batteries(VRLA), lithium iron phosphate batteries(LiFePo4), nickel-cadmium secondary batteries(Ni/CD), and nickel-metal hydride secondary batteries(Ni/MH).
It starts working when the voltage is higher than 2.4V, which means that this equalizer can be used in a single-cell battery ranging from 2.4V to 12V.
One equalizer can connect 16 batteries once at a time. If the battery-less than 16, the extra cable can be vacant (positive and negative terminals should be avoided), which does not affect the equilibrium effects. The equalizer is not affected by the battery connection way. No matter whether in series or in parallel, both can work.
